Spero stiate bene e che questa brutta situazione del coronavirus non vi tocchi.
Fino ad oggi non vi ho scritto perché l’Italia attualmente è ancora in fase di Lockdown e non sapevo che notizie dare. La mia famiglia ed io stiamo bene e non abbiamo avuto problemi.Noi viviamo reclusi nella proprietà  da un paio di mesi ma come sapete di grosso dimensioni. Così ho impiegato la maggior parte del tempo nella campagna, potando gli olivi, falciando e facendo un orto. Se siete curiosi guardate il mio profilo su instagm – casa novaro.

Volevo comunicarvi due notizie:

1) Ho aggiornato i termini di rescissione delle prenotazioni, chi decide di rinunciare al soggiorno per motivi legati al coronavirus lo farà  senza costi.

2) Chi volesse utilizzare il suo acconto per spostare la prenotazione in altra data lo può fare senza problemi, tendendo presente le prenotazioni già  in atto.

Attualmente non possiamo ospitare nessuno, ma dalle notizie che arrivano dal governo italiano sembra che dal 4 di maggio le cose possano cambiare e si possa tornare ad una attività  normale pur con tutte le precauzioni del caso. Vi terrò informati sull’evoluzione della situazione.

Nel frattempo voglio dirvi che stiamo lavorando seriamente per rendere gli appartamenti perfettamente sanificati per accogliere i nuovi ospiti.
Inoltre per permettere una perfetta sanificazione degli appartamenti vi chiederemo di rispettare in modo stringente gli orari del checkout.

Vi informo che gli ampi spazi esterni e gli ingressi diversificati agli appartamenti consentono il rispetto delle norme di distanziamento sociale necessarie.

Dear Guests
I hope you are well and that this bad coronavirus situation will not affect you.
To date I have not written to you because Italy is currently still in the Lockdown phase and I did not know what news to give. My family and I are fine and we have had no problems. We have lived in prison for a couple of months but as you know it is large. So I spent most of the time in the countryside, pruning the olive trees, mowing and making a vegetable garden. I wanted to communicate two news:

1) I have updated the terms of cancellation of reservations, those who decide to give up their stay for reasons related to coronavirus will do so at no cost.

2) Anyone wishing to use his deposit to move the reservation to another date can do so without problems, keeping in mind the reservations already in place.

Currently we cannot host anyone, but from the news that comes from the Italian government it seems that from 4 May things can change and we can return to a normal activity even with all the necessary precautions. I will keep you informed on the evolution of the situation.

In the meantime I want to tell you that we are working seriously to make the apartments perfectly sanitized to welcome new guests.
Furthermore, to allow a perfect sanitization of the apartments, we will ask you to strictly comply with the checkout times.

I inform you that the large outdoor spaces and the diversified entrances to the apartments allow compliance with the necessary rules of social distancing.
